Generation Manager / Engagement Specialist

Job Description

· Work with Head of Growth to develop go-to-market strategy and build sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts with outbound activities

· Source potential clients through third-party freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) by responding/applying to inquiries

· Maintain exceptional CRM hygiene- log all calls, emails, warm leads, and activities

· Act as the force multiplier to the Head of Growth and her direct reports via digest of inbound priorities that need discussion

· Tracking follow-ups to ensure conversations are surfacing on third-party platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc).

· Ensure the Head of Growth’s calendar is optimized and aligned with business priorities, specifically introductory meetings with prospective clients

· Provide context to support teams across the company when needed, bringing relevant topics into discussion and visibility

· All work is done on behalf of the Head of Growth

Requirements

· Fluent in English

· Strong writing & verbal communication skills

· Experience and preference for working with senior executives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will approach the job with a great sense of urgency, enjoys taking the initiative, thrives at juggling multiple priorities, and seamlessly shifts gears as needed.
