Job Description
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
- Lead projects from defining requirements through deployment, identifying timetables, scopes, budget approximations, and project execution plans, including risk minimization
- To coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and clear budgets, in association with project staff from various departments
- Evaluate project progress and, when necessary, adjust range, timelines, and costs to guarantee that the project team observes project requirements
- Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate parties, providing daily updates on project status and changes
- Use data analysis to rank, examine, and measure outcomes – examine and report on KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain composed leadership under high levels of scrutiny, accountability and crunch periods – identify & minimize risks before the project is impacted
- Create and continue processes to manage range over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
- Structure and manage assimilated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
- Advance and preserve partnerships with external resources—including third-party vendors and clients
- Observe and allocate resources appropriately to simplify project efficiency and optimization out of deliverable outputs
- Report outcomes and/or risks to the higher management as needed—escalating issues as required based on project work plans
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various magnitudes and see them through to conclusion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management practices.
- Experience as a project manager, IT project manager or ERP project manager.
- Able to complete projects in a timely method.
- Understanding of ERP application.
- Budget management experience.
