Technical Project Manager

Job Description

  • Create and implement training processes and strategies for the tech team
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical employees while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine growth and handle any possible contentions
  • Determine and describe clear deliverables, roles and duties for staff members required for specific projects
  • Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
  • Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
  • Coordinate between internal resources and external parties/vendors and clients.
  • Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in sync with business goals, on-time and within budget
  • Ensure technical feasibility of the project and its underlying solution.
  • Maintain Project Plans and its feasibility

Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/business/engineering
  • Previous working experience as a project manager
  • Technical background, with understanding of software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools, such as Jira, Slack, BitBucket/ Git
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a bonus
  • Understanding or experience with cloud technologies and SEO for digital marketing is a plus.
