Job Description
- Create and implement training processes and strategies for the tech team
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical employees while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine growth and handle any possible contentions
- Determine and describe clear deliverables, roles and duties for staff members required for specific projects
- Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
- Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
- Coordinate between internal resources and external parties/vendors and clients.
- Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in sync with business goals, on-time and within budget
- Ensure technical feasibility of the project and its underlying solution.
- Maintain Project Plans and its feasibility
Requirements
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/business/engineering
- Previous working experience as a project manager
- Technical background, with understanding of software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools, such as Jira, Slack, BitBucket/ Git
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a bonus
- Understanding or experience with cloud technologies and SEO for digital marketing is a plus.
