If being a “Germ Slayer” instead of an Infectious Disease Doctor gives the person more confidence and a better perspective, they will be able to do their job more effectively. Today, companies can identify the loopholes in the conventional business methodologies we have been taught over the years. So much of the communication happening today is via email and phone and having a weak job title doesn’t exactly favors your business.

 

Job descriptions and titles play a major role in the structure of companies and organizations. The transformation and adjustment from conventional designations to more innovative job titles fuel the individuals who use status as a tool for motivation. For some people, it helps them feel like more than merely a “cog in the machine”. It drives the change in mindset where people get a sense of identity and creative expression from their job title.
